No - If I did that, and I answered several questions at a time, I'd be thinking in quick succession in a London accent, an Irish one, and a Scottish one. I'd be one very confused person. But more often than not people write the way they speak on-line (as opposed to subject-verb-object and "proper" pronunciation) which gives you a good idea of how they might sound.
