Is there any thing that i can do about my former employer?

I most recently worked as a social worker. THis ageny had to be the worst agency ever. The executive director has said to me things like : " How many times do we have to have this conversation?', and " What would you say if I told you to get your *** out". I was fired from this agency for standing up against those who feel like the people we service dont deserve respect. Becuase they could not fire me for this, they fired me for forgetting to submit a weekly schedule. I was brought into a meeting and berated like a child by 3 administration members. I want to report their nonprofessional behaviour, but i do not know where to go to. There is no union. Please help!!
