I am getting my first tattoo and am unsure of what to get...?

I want something that means something important, words, symbol, image, i'm not picky. I also just want black ink, maybe baby pink or army/Camouflage colors. I was thinking of getting something about struggle, love, trust or strength. I would get struggle or strength because my sister who is now 29 is a cancer victim, and i have struggled with her ups and downs physically and mentally since i was younger til now, and i am almost 20. This shows my gained strength. I would also consider getting love or trust because i married at 18 and am and trust is most important to me in a relationship...i know this is a lot so what do you think??
