How do I make a proper disclaimer on youtube?

I make AMVs (anime music videos) and I was wondering if anyone knew how to properly state that the music is not mine and belongs to the artist... blah blah blah without it being taken down due to copyright infringement. It's been happening a lot to my friends lately and I really really do want to avoid this. Help?
