Writing a book, need help making a character.?

I would recommend of making an outline of George. What he looks like, his full name, his personality. Then, in your mind, envision him. And give him life. Give him a voice, give him personality quirks, nervous tips. Describe the way he looks when he talks. Things like that. Good luck. I hope that George turns out well.
