Whats the Symtons of an eye infection?

Hey im using mii brOthers My right eye goes watery all the time lyk if i have eyeliner on it usually runs. :( and then my make up goes of :( it makes me look like im crying is this an infection? and if it is how do i get rid of it? TB PLZZZ :D
