What this show called i want to watch it so bad but i forgot the name of it?

it was on the wb a few years ago. its about a csi team or training csi team. and one episode that they find a dead body. and they think its a group of female vampires. but really its a painter that uses human blood for his/her painting. please help me out i need to watch thisw soooo badly!
