What should I do about my ex-boyfriend?

I'm 14 yrs old. I met this guy 1 and a half years ago and we became friends, I fell in love with him within a few months. In our 2st year of high school we became even closer and had lots of time with each other. We started going out in October. Unfortunately as I said I'm 14 and apparently that means I'm also very stupid. I have security problems, so being a devious teen, I broke up with him after 4 days, because I wanted to see how badly he loved me. Yes I know it was a stupid thing to do, but I really do love him. He got a new girlfriend soon after that. It was my fault I broke up with him, and he was happy with her so I let it go figuring I'd be able to get over him easily, which I didn't. He switched schools, but will be back next year, and I found out that his girlfriend is going to break up with him after his band festival which is in less than 2 weeks.( she's doesn't want him to preform badly so she's waiting till after. And she's wanted to break up with him since January. I was shocked and this brought up many feelings and questions. Should I tell him she's going to break up with him? Should I tell him I love him? Do I have the right to after I broke up with him? Should I continue trying to get over him? Should I break off our friendship since I have love for him in mind? Please help me!! I'm just a teenager!! I've dated people before, but this is the 1st time I've felt so strongly for anyone! Thankyou.
