What is the worst news you've ever gotten from your doctor while you were pregnant?

Have they ever dropped a bomb on you about your pregnancy? I have my 20 week sonogram on Monday and I always get so worried! This is my 3rd baby, by the way-- you think I'd be used to this! Thanks for responding!
