Really akward, but its really important... im 13?

I havent really gotten used to my period, probably once a month because im younger. But when ever I do have mine it lasts FOREVER! and its a mess, i cant get to sleep at night without wreaking me bed. I talk to my mom, but not much because of her telling her friends and my private life not really being private. Any help! PLEASEEEE!!
