On the Hannah Montana episode The Way We Almost Weren't, Miley Cyrus is seen wearing a robin's egg blue raincoat. It is when she wants to go back to her dad in the diner to tell him she wants to leave and then when she steps out of the bus she gets struck by lightning. She is wearing it when she goes back to the diner and the date has changed. I really like it and wanted to know if any one knew who made it and or wear I could get it or one similar. I really would love to have one.
