My husband and I have had a horrible skin infection since October that can't be diagnosed or cured. PLEASEHELP?

The rash is extremely painful, resembles folliculitis (seeming to form a circle around hairs with a black dot in the center), and has spread to just about everywhere on our bodies. It has been "supposedly" misdiagnosed by three MD's and one Dermatologist as MRSA, folliculitis, and vasculitis and treated unsuccessfully with creams and two different antibiotics. Where do we go??? What do we do??? I'm so scared...someone please help us??? Only serious answers please!!!
