My friend and her ex-boyfriend?

my bff and her boyfriend broke up about a month ago. they went out for three months and it was nothing serious. they never kissed and a hug was considered intimate for them. he grew tired of it and thought she was annoygin so he broke up with her. its a month later and shes still wallowing no matter what i say. I am sorry, but she has to move on. she tries to be friends but he doesnt want to be. how do i point this out and get her to move on?
