Is gfruit bad for dogs?

I know gs are very bad for dogs, but my husband and I eat gfruit almost every night. My dog (a chessie lab) loves them. We give him a small piece when we eat them. He's never had nothing wrong with him for us to think they are bad for him. He goes nuts when we get them out... like in hyper-mode. Also I was wondering the same for Bananas, Oranges/Tangerines and dried cranberries (crasins).
