I have a dilemma..please help?

My daughter is in the hospital, and my mom wants to come see her. However, my brother is in the hospital next door and she has been visiting him. He was just diagnosed with MRSA, she has been in contact with him. Should I allow her to come and visit my daughter or not. Is MRSA spread through contact even without showing symptoms. The reason my mom hasn't visited us yet is because she had pnemonia real bad. Please help, I have done research but can't come up with anything.
