How do you put in contacts?

It takes a while to get used to it. First, get the lens on the tip of your pointer finger. Make sure its not inside-out (it will be bowl-shaped from the side view if its right, if its inside-out it will be sort of flared on the edge). With your middle finger of the hand holding the contact, pull your bottom eyelid down. With a finger on your opposite hand, pull the top eyelid up. Look straight ahead into the mirror and gently place it on your eye. Try not to blink and stay calm. When I first got contacts, I will sitting in the doctor's office practicing for an hour, at least, and I still hadn't gotten either in. Now, a few months later, I can get them in and out in a minute flat. You'll get the hang of it eventually, don't give up (:
