Did anyone formerly have ovary problems?

I have cysts that sometimes rupture. I just started having these problems last august. Two life changes at that point were I stopped extreme dieting, and became ually active. I don't know if either of these would've caused the problem. I would prefer to cure the cysts naturally rather then with birth control or surgery. Has anyone been successful with this?
