Can I get US Security Clearance with Dual Citizenship & Pport?

There are different types of Security Clearances. If you are speaking about a Secret or higher than I don't think so. Which country would your loyalty belong too? The form you have to fill out for a Secret and Top Secret is MANY pages long. It will ask you about having a p port from another country and will ask you about dual citizenship. Things will be checked out.
